Once again, The 28 Froth Social Club hosted its Second Annual Halloween Party, brought to us by the good people at Duff Beer. A good, nay, great time was had by all. At least I think everybody had a great time. If not, well, don't come to the Third Annual Halloween Party next year. BOO!!
